Cladding
All cladding systems can be accommodated, most without the need to alter the basic module.
Typically modules will accept a cladding loading of 90 kg m sq
On the external face of the module, we provide an indication as to the location of the steel stud via a coloured ribbon. At these locations either fixings for brick and block, ancon channels or cladding rails can be attached.
For heavier claddings requiring shelf angles, the modular structure can be upgraded eg change from C section PFC to box section, to accept the heavier loads.
Scaffold or mast climbers can also be tied back to the module.
