Our focus is upon the achievement of Long Term, Framework arrangements with Key Clients who are willing to work as partners and jointly develop continuous improvement of product and process. As a minimum, 90% of business is, and will continue to be done, via Integrated Project Teams and Partnering Contracts.

Caledonian Building Systems Ltd. is a subsidiary of Champion Enterprises Inc., based in Detroit, Michigan. Champion is a US listed company specializing in off-site construction of housing in the USA and Canada. With 32 factories across North America they are the largest modular builder in the USA and the UK.
Champion’s acquisition of Caledonian in 2006, provided Caledonian with the financial strength and long term strategic assistance to continue the growth of the modular business, allowing the establishment of additional manufacturing capacity at the Newark plant. Champion's support provides strong, consistent backing and gives Caledonian the ability to continue the development of both core and new market areas in the UK and Ireland.
