Construction of a 2 storey, 55 bedroom extension to the existing hotel, which was located on site in just 3 working days, as part of an overall project incorporating additional conference/board meeting facilities, restaurant/bar extensions and refurbishment and additional car parking. The total build programme was 11 weeks. Ken Arkley, Property Director of Thistle Hotels stated, “We were delighted with the quality of product and Caledonian’s professional attitude”.
