Comfort Hotel - Finchley, N.London

This is the first Comfort Hotel in the UK to be constructed entirely using a pre-engineered steel system. Previously only bedrooms were constructed using steel frames, with public areas constructed on site. New design technology now allows larger open areas to be constructed in the factory, therefore further reducing construction programmes.
