Working with Flagship and Mansell Construction Services, Caledonian has, as part of the multi-part prime contract, delivered a project involving en-suite single living quarters and general accommodation for junior ratings of the Naval Recruitment and Training Agency.

- Architecturally, elevational treatment to match existing buildings, including parapet gable walls, stone cills and lintels and mock sash windows
