The buildings, at Hamworthy, Poole, accommodate Royal Marines in individual flats which include 6/8 bedrooms, utility / kitchen and common room, configured in a highly functional, bright, appealing and easily maintained living environment.

The project operates under prime contract principles employing MPTC (maximum price target cost) open book processes within a partnering framework managed by Debut Services Ltd
