Caledonian was appointed main contractor to design and construct a new office extension comprising an extensive open plan office space, including support function rooms on 2 storeys. The works required a 12 m clear span internally and innovations included sophisticated forced air conditioning plus the incorporation of enhanced protection and collapse rates.
