Northwood Development Project- Northwood, Gt London

Fully volumetric construction of three buildings ranging in height from three to five storeys.

This scheme provides the living accommodation element of the redevelopment of the Northwood Headquarters in Middlesex and forms an important part of the site wide construction strategy. The new buildings provide 199 senior ranks ensuite bedrooms and 279 junior ranks ensuite bedrooms, together with utility and common room areas.

Caledonian’s scope of work included all elements of the design, supply and installation of the external cladding, roof structure, coverings and complete mechanical and electrical installations. All buildings have achieved an ‘Excellent’ rating as assessed by BREEAM.
