Winton School - Islington, N London

This fully volumetric, six storey residential development is part of the Local Area Regeneration Scheme.

This residential development project consisted of 23 dwellings divided between social housing and shared ownership. The scheme incorporates two bedroom apartments and five bedroom, three storey townhouses, which also included the key requirements of two fully accessible apartments.

Internal works involved complete bathroom and kitchen installation and all M & E works. The building achieved NHBC Accreditation.
