691 rooms consisting of 612 en-suite study bedrooms and 79 ancillary rooms built over an underground car park. Prior to commencement, Caledonian constructed a prototype bedroom for examination by Jarvis and the college from which approval was granted. The rooms were specially sound-proofed to allow for music practice.
