Roof

Typically modules are dispatched with a temporary roof membrane, with a final roof fixed on site. The top floor modules can be constructed to provide the permanent roof if need be and we have constructed modules with a built in mono pitch.

Caledonian will provide interface details between modules and roof structures and in the past schemes have incorporated flat, pitched, mono pitched and barrel roofs constructed from timber or steel trusses.
