Story Height
Buildings can be constructed in excess of 20 storeys, with the modular frame carrying the imposed loads down to a point load.
Depending on building footprint, structures of up to 11 storeys can be constructed wholly in a modular format. Buildings over 11 storeys will require additional support to account for lateral loads and in such circumstances a concrete or steel core will be required.
